The restaurant is an initiative of visionary entrepreneurs – Raymond and Aparna Andrews of Hyderabad with immense love for Hyderabadi cuisine. Biryani Blues menu, primarily based on the royal Hyderabadi cuisines, has been designed by experienced chefs from Hyderabad. The restaurant not just offers the best Biryanis, but also an array of traditional Nizami dishes. From Andhra Chicken Fry, Chicken/Paneer 65 to Mutton Shikhampur for starters and Dalcha, Salan and Kormas for mains, every dish consists of the richest spices to lend the most authentic flavor possible. Expanding Footprint TAKING THE FRANCHISE ROUTE Moving ahead with ambitious expansion plan, Biryani Blues is expanding through franchise-invested company-operated (FICO) takeaway format. As part of the FICO format, the brand will be responsible for operations & management of the franchised restaurant, while the partner would be the investor.
