The transition of moving into the retail space of opening our own restaurants has been a challenging, new and exciting experience for us. We started our first restaurant at Greams road as a small joint, that is budget friendly but serving tasty food for the busy office goers. The response surprised even us, it was overwhelming even with all kinds of restaurants in the area we managed to make our mark within a very short time. Now after two years we have our regulars as well as new comers trying our food all the time. In-order to meet with customer demands moving to a bigger space was inevitable. We conquered our next goal, we set up our fine dining restaurant at Kilpauk. The menu options expanded, the ambiance was designed to get the traditional temple theme and with a much more comfortable seating space, we wanted to give our guests a complete dining experience. Along the way we’ve learnt a great deal. Though food and taste has been our strength, we’ve improved ourselves in the process we apply for service, in trainings that is required to maintain consistency and quality. Reflecting from that we were only set to grow. Coming from the coastal district of Andhra, the food we were serving was inspired from the region. Though Andhra cuisine is known to drill a hole in your tongue there is more to the culinary experience of the region than just that. We are trying to bring those dishes to the foray along with a dash of variety. An area that really took off from the start was the online delivery service. We tied up with swiggy and zomato for delivery, a common practice currently practiced by most restaurants but what we witnessed was tremendous growth in this area. After this success, we came up with the idea of franchising out as a cloud kitchen model that predominantly focusses on online delivery. Though in-dine seating would also be available in most areas, this setup worked out to be more cost effective, sustainable and served the core purpose of delivering food which can be enjoyed at the comfort home. In the next couple of months we’ll be coming closer to your homes. The vision we set out for ourselves when we started is value for money, where our customers and their experience with our food and service are of paramount importance to us. When we say value, we mean quality. And to maintain nutritious content, taste and consistency, we source the best ingredients, have trained home grown chefs and have centralized kitchens to prepare our food. We have centralized kitchens preparing our core ingredients and dishes in order to maintain quality and consistency. Also the environment of our kitchen our of paramount importance to us to maintain clean and hygienic conditions.
